It is made by North Electric Company, Galion , Ohio . Looks similar to some made by Western Electric Co. The switch is for 23” rack mount and operates on 48 VDC, It has 12 horizontals and 10 verticals and switches 10 poles. It also has 3 form “C” contacts on each vertical and 2 form “C” contacts on each horizontal used for control and holding. I have been using some of these switches for 25 years and have had zero problems with them. The switch comes double boxed and is “MIL Wrapped Class 1&2” it also has a metal frame plastic cover for protection after installation. You are bidding on one ( 1 ) cross bar switch, I know I have twenty ( 20 )  and maybe up to thirty ( 30 ) if you have a big job.   If you have any more questions, please ask before bidding.
