I purchased it from the ATT Store and activated the phone and tested etc. as that is mandatory to get the new iPhone 3G from ATT and Apple.  I also went again to the ATT Store and got a brand new, unactivated SIM Card which is now in the phone so its ready to activate again.   Otherwise  This iPhone 3G is perfect and has remained in the Box. No worries there. I also am including the case and the car charger I purchased the same time as the phone.   There is a story on Bloomberg today that the iPhones are going to be sold out for the next several weeks so here you can have it asap and not have to get up at 6am to get in line like I did too! :)  I will ship Federal Express at my cost to the winning buyer if you are in the continental USA and pay with Pay Pal from a verified account to my verified account.
