I'm selling this item for a local organization that got it about 5 years ago to monitor the ambient conditions around a statue they are trying to preserve. There appears to be a rain gauge and a solar measuring device of some sort plus a hand held screen  that i assume downloaded the data.  Included but not pictured are also two tripod stands and several cables and connectors. Also there is some software and an instruction manual. I know that they spent well over $1000 for this set-up. I'm going to list it as a BIN with offers and ALL offers will be considered.
