If there is an issue with the phone it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact us within 7 days of receiving the item in which we will try and determine whether it is an end user or hardware problem. If it is then determined to be a hardware fault then the buyer is to ship the product back to us (at their expense) and we will issue a replacement. If it comes back to us and is found to be a non-manufacturers fault in any way we will not ship the product back until a $50 administration, postage and handling fee is paid.
